About Us
Daniela Xavier,
M.E. Sc, P.Eng
Daniela is a geostructural engineer and the founder of InGeo Design. At InGeo Design we design practical, field-ready solutions for excavation shoring supports and specialty foundation solutions. We also provide monitoring including: inclinometers, pile monitoring, precision monitoring and vibration monitoring. With a Master’s in Engineering Science and over 25 years in the field, I’ve seen how trust and clarity are essential to safe, successful builds. That’s why I lead with technical precision and real-world pragmatism, bridging the gap between design intent and construction reality. As one of the few women leading in this space, I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers and helping clients reduce risk and move projects forward with confidence.

Executive Administrative Assistant
Karolina has over four years of experience as an administrator in the Infrastructure industry, complemented by a diverse background in Marketing and Holistic Health. With a versatile skill set, she approaches every task at InGeo with confidence and efficiency. She values family time and being in nature, believing that true success comes from maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Adrian
Field Technician
Adrian has been a dedicated field technician with us for two years. With a strong passion for construction, he thrives on-site, taking readings and preparing detailed reports. Known for his problem-solving skills, Adrian draws on both his formal education and hands-on experience in the construction industry to tackle challenges efficiently. Outside of work, he is a family-oriented individual who enjoys staying active in his free time.
Jocelyne
Drafting Technician
Jocelyne has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including international projects, primarily in Singapore and across Southeast Asia, and is currently based in Canada. With an engineering background, she developed a strong passion for drafting and brings precision and efficiency to every project. Jocelyne consistently delivers high-quality drawings, even under tight deadlines. Outside of work, she enjoys adventure, exploring new places, and spending time with friends.
